1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dd555 ("dd555", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the dd555 website located at https://dd555.io and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the dd555 Platform, you affirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

4. Account Rules

One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the dd555 Platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If dd555 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and all associated balances forfeited.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted via your Account is your sole responsibility. dd555 will never contact you to request your password. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify dd555 immediately at [email protected].

Account Verification (KYC). To comply with responsible gaming obligations and to process withdrawal requests, dd555 requires Players to complete identity verification. You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Inactive Accounts. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency. All transactions on the dd555 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT.

Accepted Payment Methods. dd555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change at dd555's discretion.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. dd555 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which dd555 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have completed full KYC verification are processed within 24 hours of submission. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. dd555 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawal requests where there is a risk management or compliance reason to do so.

Bonus Funds and Withdrawals. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Once wagering requirements are satisfied, any resulting real-money winnings are freely withdrawable subject to normal withdrawal limits and KYC requirements. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of all outstanding bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

Fraud Prevention. dd555 employs transaction monitoring systems to detect suspicious financial activity. Deposits or withdrawals flagged as potentially fraudulent will be placed on hold pending investigation. dd555 reserves the right to reverse any transaction and close any account where fraudulent activity is confirmed, and to report such activity to relevant financial authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

dd555 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the point of opt-in:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly at the time of each promotion offer.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. 7. Betting & Gaming Rules

General. All bets and wagers placed through the dd555 Platform are final once confirmed. A bet is deemed accepted when a confirmation message or bet reference number is issued. Bets placed in error by the Player cannot be cancelled after acceptance.

Sportsbook. dd555's cricket sportsbook and other sports betting markets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. Disconnection Policy. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dd555 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to defraud dd555 or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported immediately to [email protected]. Winnings derived from exploits will be voided.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial purpose.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward dd555 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or responsible gaming restriction applied to your account or any other account.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing dd555 accounts or account balances.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the dd555 Platform, including but not limited to the dd555 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of dd555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 13. Termination & Account Closure

Closure by dd555. dd555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
